Trains your own people to instruct and assess manual handling in-house
Three-day full course, with a one-day refresher to recertify
No prior instruction experience needed for the full course
Successful delegates join the KeyOstas register for three years
Bringing manual handling training in-house means you can train staff whenever you need to, at lower cost, on your own loads and tasks. This course makes that possible. Over three days it shows delegates how effective instruction and assessment fit into a manual handling risk-management programme: the injuries and the law, risk assessment using tools such as LITE and the MAC, sound technique, and how to identify training needs, design and deliver training and assess others. Delegates deliver an assessed presentation and, on passing, join the KeyOstas register of instructors and assessors for three years. A one-day refresher keeps them on it.
