Description
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership Excellence is a one-day senior leadership qualification co-developed by NEBOSH and the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Built for board members, directors, executives and aspiring senior leaders who set the tone from the top on safety culture, it is delivered as a single unit (HSL1) covering the moral, legal and business case for leadership, leadership styles and the HSE model of effective health and safety leadership. Assessment is by reflective statements and a leadership intervention – there is no written exam.
