ISEP Environmental Sustainability Skills for Managers is a 2-day course from ISEP — the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals, formerly IEMA. It gives managers and supervisors from any industry the strategic and operational tools to implement environmental sustainability across their team. It is assessed by a short online multiple-choice test (70% pass mark) and leads to an ISEP certificate.
It is the manager-level step in the ISEP sustainability skills range. Where the one-day Skills for the Workforce course builds awareness across all staff, the Managers course equips the people who lead teams to turn that awareness into measurable change — cutting waste and cost, meeting compliance obligations, and improving business resilience. KeyOstas delivers it as an ISEP-approved training partner, in-company at your premises or as a live virtual classroom.
This is the manager-level course in the ISEP range. If you need workforce-wide awareness or a full foundation qualification, a different course fits better.

The course is assessed by a short online multiple-choice test with a pass mark of 70%. It checks understanding of the two days’ material rather than testing recall under pressure.
