IOSH Assessments

Pre-Course Diagnostic Questionnaire

A pre-course diagnostic questionnaire of 14 questions.

End-of-Course Assessment

A personal commitment (action plan) relating to the course learning, where participants write up to three actions they commit to taking. Commitments should be appropriate for the level of responsibility the participant has in their organisation. The assessment must be the participant’s own work but can be supported by trainer coaching.

Certificate of Completion

All delegates will receive a certificate of completion, validating their knowledge and skills in health and safety leadership.
