Cancellation Arrangements:

Notice of cancellation is required in writing.

Telephone cancellations will be accepted but be confirmed in writing within seven (7) days. Substitution of delegates will incur no charge.

The amount of the course fee that is still applicable will be determined as standard according to the following rules:

In-Company Training

KeyOstas’ has rigorous processes and procedures in-place that allow training to continue safely. Our standard booking terms and conditions will remain in-force until such time as the UK Government provides formal guidance that prevents training from taking place.

Public Training Courses

KeyOstas is taking all necessary precautions to ensure that delegates taking public courses are protected. Our standard booking and cancellation terms remain in-place during this period, but any booked delegate who is required to self-isolate and can provide a doctor’s note to that effect will be offered a future date on a replacement course free of charge
