ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an outstandingly driven, commercially astute, new logo acquisition Business Development Manager for a new role, created as part of our ongoing organic growth strategy of enterprise level clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience within new logo sales. You will also have a proven track record of both, developing under-performing accounts and winning significant new logo business. You will recognise yourself as a self-starter, who is highly target driven.

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guided by the Sales & Marketing Director but with autonomy to develop a strategy and program to target and close new logo customers.
  • Development of cross-sell within a stable of accounts which have been onboard for a defined period of time but are presently under-developed, to generate profitable growth.
  • Coordinate all internal resources necessary for successful proposals / pitches to target customers including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product and commercials.
  • Be constantly in control of the entire sales process including pipeline, forecasting, proposals and reporting both in person and CRM from first conversation to close
  • Take full ownership of territory, including researching, planning and networking

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years’ experience in New Logo Business Sales
  • Strong passion for nurturing sales relationships with customers.
  • Deep experience in strategic and solution selling with the ability to lead a customer pitch as necessary
  • Ability to liaise and communicate up to and including ‘C’ suite level contacts
  • Familiarity of using IT including Microsoft stack, especially Teams

Senior Health and Safety Trainer

Being a trainer at KeyOstas is a pivotal position.  As such you will be responsible for delivering a variety of Health and Safety training courses to an extensive range of blue-chip clients either at one of our training centres in the Midlands, remotely via Teams or Zoom, or on client site across the UK.

Due to the diversity of our clients and candidates no training course is ever the same and you will deal with people from all backgrounds with a variety of learning styles. As such you will have the ability to remain passionate whilst engaging to deliver a training syllabus whilst at the same time have the necessary expertise to deliver the content correctly paced for each group.

Due to further expansion the company is now seeking to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Trainer to deliver up to and including NEBOSH programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and well-established Health & Safety company with further growth plans.

Our clients demand the very best in service and training delivery, and the company employs only those who can meet or rise to exacting standards. You will have significant experience in the Health and Safety field with an appropriate training qualification.

Delivery of training at the company’s prestigious and demanding clients’ premises are a significant part of this role therefore a willingness to travel UK-wide is a requirement.

JOB ROLE:

  • Professional delivery of all general and specific health and safety courses to include IOSH and NEBOSH.
  • Development and design of new health and safety courses to reflect new changes in legislation.
  • To portray a professional company image to all customers.
  • To assist and cooperate with colleagues to ensure a professional service through collaboration and the sharing of information.
  • This role reports to Director.
